UAM works throughout Guatemala bridging the gap between communities and local government. It manages the distribution of finances and provides technical advice for community-led cooperatives and social development programmes.

What GIS-E has done

UAM was our first ever partner organisation and so we have completed many projects and campaigns, providing them with a diverse mix of cartographics. We continue to collaborate with UAM and have recently started developing maps to support two ongoing projects they have just initiated.
